Dr. Tracie
Calloway-Lawson
Founder & CEO
Dr. Lawson is a native of Texarkana, Arkansas. She graduated from Arkansas High School and went on to major Biology/premed at Prairie View A & M University. After her graduation, she attended medical school at OSU Center for Health Sciences and completed her pediatric residency program at Arkansas Children’s Hospital in 2013. She has been working in Texarkana since 2013 and went into private practice, creating Healing Hands Pediatrics with Dr. Baker in February of 2020. She is known for taking time to listen to her patients and being thorough. Her passion is childhood obesity and she created Warrior’s Club fitness class to help fight it. She is the wife of Robert Lawson and the mother of Jackson and Kayson. In her downtime, she prefers to relax and travel.
Christy Wade
Nurse Practitioner
Christy Wade graduated from Texarkana College in 2008 with an associate degree in nursing. She practiced as an RN in the ER, Home health, and PACU. She graduated from Walden University in 2018 with a masters degree in nursing specializing in Family practice. Christy then became a nursing instructor at Texas A&M University- Texarkana which has been so fulfilling. She is a member of the worship team at New Covenant Life in New Boston, Texas. She is the proud mother of 2 children and 2 grandchildren with another on the way. Christy loves helping people and making a difference in their lives. Being able to be used by God to touch patients on the physical, mental and spiritual aspect is the most rewarding feeling in the world!
She loves any color that reminds me of the ocean.



Kirsten Cox
Nurse Practitioner
Kirsten has been working as a nurse practitioner for ten years in a vast array of clinical settings to provide both primary and urgent care. She is active in research through clinical trials for sepsis management while pursuing continued doctorate studies. Kirsten is passionate in providing patient centered care that places the patient and their families at the head of the table. Kirsten believes wellness encompasses not only a mind, body and spiritual approach but also an informative, respectful relationship between patient and provider. In her downtime, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outdoors, learning to crochet and supporting the Arkansas Razorbacks.
